Physical – includes all aspects of life relating to physical health and looking after your body. Incorporates more traditional aspects of health such as diet, exercise and mobility.

Emotional – includes the aspects that support mental health and looking after your brain. Incorporates traditional aspects of health such as sleep and relationships however also focuses on emerging fields such mindfulness and neuroplasticity.

Financial – includes the aspects that support financial security and looking after your finances. Incorporates fields such as financial literacy, budgeting and improving overall wealth.

Spiritual – includes the aspects that support spiritual health and living your purpose. Incorporates areas such as self-awareness, self-actualization and fulfilment.
